Hello and welcome. The purpose of this website is to connect people from all around the world and explore with me the magic that is food. To understand and appreciate on a more intimate level than simply "this taste amazing".

Since a young boy I have been lucky enough to experience some of the most astonishing dishes from around the world. Now, not all these dishes were 5 star, hundreds of dollars, gold plated masterpieces. No, some of the best food can be the simplest with an amazing story. I believe that's what food really is; to tell a story and bring people together. To trigger a locked away memory we forgot about that reminds us that we all have a story, a past, that connects us. 

My purpose is to find these stories and tell them here and share them all with you. We will take a look and dive deep into what makes food paradise. Together, we will look at recipes, cooking methods, traditions and learn what it takes to bring a smile to someone's face. To discover the passion of cooks, chefs, stay at home moms and dads; I want expand the heart's and mind's of everyday people who simply love what they do.
